Deep Knowledge Fund is an open-ended Alternative Investment Fund (AIF)
focusing on businesses that align with the following characteristics:

Companies with deep domain expertise and intellectual property and/or patent rights.

Investments with an interesting return that take advantage of the rapid shifts in the energy and climate sectors.

Established companies with existing patented products, seeking to leverage digital technologies for growth through university collaborations.
OUR CURRENT PORTFOLIO
Now, the fund has an established investment portfolio in growth companies that are either profitable or close to being profitable. It is expected that the AIF will increase its investment in some of these companies and that further investments will be made in four to five new companies.
WeDoBooks A/S
Northern Europe’s leading e-book lending company for schools and libraries. The company also facilitates the IT infrastructure for book publishers involved in e-book publication. With its rising profits, it stands as a potential candidate to be listed on the stock exchange.
MASH Makes
A Danish company that ranks among the world leaders in the production of CO2-negative bioenergy. The company has initiated its global expansion, which is anticipated to yield profitability soon. If the company’s growth plans are executed, it could evolve into an exceptionally large global entity.
AirbyNature
The company has patented solutions for installing ventilation without the use of pipes. It offers a cheaper, more climate-friendly, and aesthetically better solution than conventional ones. The company’s sales are increasing, and a profit is expected this year.
Sternula
A world leader in the new maritime communication standard AIS 2.0. The structure of their global network is advanced and expansive. Long-term contracts with maritime authorities are already being negotiated. Given its potential, the company could very well be a candidate for an IPO in 2026.
ENTRY AND WITHDRAWAL OF THE FUND
The AIF offers investors the ability to enter and exit every six months, to the extent that this is possible. Therefore, the AIF has reserved 5 per cent. of its invested assets to service withdrawals. This amount must either be invested in listed securities or be available in the form of commitments from investors. Entry and exit take place at the rate calculated by the fund, plus or minus entry and exit costs.
