ABOUT THE FUND
Lundgreen’s Invest – MASH Makes SPVs
Danish FSA Registration Number: 25527 | Minimum Investment: DKK 750,000.00.
The fund is named after MASH Makes A/S, an Indo-Danish carbon removal company specializing in transforming biomass residues, such as agricultural waste, into valuable products like biofuel and biochar.
While based in Denmark, MASH Makes operates in India and uses Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) as a strategic approach to expand its operations globally. In partnership with Lundgreen’s Invest, the company has successfully funded three SPVs to date, demonstrating the model’s viability. With the goal of creating more SPVs, Lundgreen’s Invest seeks additional investors to participate in this green energy venture.
Fund investors acquire shares in a production plant and enjoy a preferential position where they receive dividend payments first, with an expected average dividend of 17.5 per cent.
This green investment presents an exceptional opportunity and will be the final fund that Lundgreen’s Invest will be able to offer special dividend terms to external investors.
