OM DENNE INVESTERING<\/p>\n\n

High-Tech Defence Fund A\/S, en alternativ investeringsfond (AIF), giver investorer direkte adgang til h\u00f8jv\u00e6kstvirksomheder inden for forsvars- og efterretningsteknologi. Fonden udnytter sit eksklusive partnerskab med Normark Defence og drager fordel af deres dybe forst\u00e5else af indk\u00f8bspraksis, brancheindsigt og st\u00e6rke b\u00e5nd til universiteter og brancheeksperter. <\/p>\n\n

Normark Defence udskiller hvert produkt i et selvst\u00e6ndigt selskab, hvor High-Tech Defence A\/S stiller v\u00e6kstkapital til r\u00e5dighed til geng\u00e6ld for en ejerandel. De f\u00f8rste investorer f\u00e5r fortrinsret i tilf\u00e6lde af salg eller afvikling. <\/p>\n\n

I \u00f8jeblikket har fonden foretaget syv investeringer i f\u00f8lgende virksomheder: PulseBarrier, Smart Rock, VanguardAI, LaserRaster, LaserGas, Hydroshield og AlloyX. <\/p>\n\n

Hver virksomhed er struktureret til potentielt videresalg. Af disse forventes halvdelen at blive solgt tidligt som kommercielt levedygtige produkter. Andre virksomheder kan beholdes i op til tre \u00e5r f\u00f8r salg. En lille procentdel (10-20 procent) kan forblive i ejerskab eller blive b\u00f8rsnoteret. <\/p>\n\n

Fonden kan investere i alle forsvarsrelaterede virksomheder, undtagen dem i lande med restriktioner eller som er involveret i nukleare produkter, v\u00e5ben eller ammunition. <\/p>\n\n

Grundl\u00e6gger og CEO Mikkel Normark og hans team af milit\u00e6re og kommercielle veteraner har stor erfaring med at udvikle innovative forsvarsl\u00f8sninger. Med et st\u00e6rkt netv\u00e6rk og en dyb forst\u00e5else af industriens krav har Normark Defence en enest\u00e5ende indsigt i forsvars- og efterretningssektorens unikke behov. <\/p>\n\n

Virksomheden samarbejder med velrenommerede forskere p\u00e5 anerkendte universiteter for at f\u00e5 adgang til en enorm ressource af potentielle produkter. Mange af disse teknologiske udviklinger, som oprindeligt ikke var beregnet til forsvarsform\u00e5l, tilpasses af Normark Defence for at skabe innovative produktl\u00f8sninger til kunderne. <\/p>\n\n

Normark Defence erhverver typisk patentrettigheder fra universiteter gennem engangsbetalinger eller royalty-aftaler. Det giver virksomheden mulighed for at udnytte banebrydende forskning og udvikle propriet\u00e6re forsvarsteknologier. <\/p>\n\n
